Overview

At SB Genus, we strive to deliver high-quality IT solutions tailored to your business needs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellation or refund requests. The following policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation of services before project initiation for a full or partial refund depending on resources allocated.
  • Once the project has started, cancellation requests are subject to review and may involve deduction of costs for work already completed.
  • SB Genus reserves the right to cancel projects in case of violation of terms, misuse of services, or non-cooperation from clients.
  • Cancellations due to suspicious or fraudulent activities may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under conditions mentioned below. Refund requests will not be entertained in the following scenarios:

  • Once the initial concept, design, or prototype has been approved by the client.
  • If incomplete or inaccurate project details were provided by the client.
  • After revisions, edits, or updates have been accepted.
  • If the project has been simultaneously assigned to another vendor.
  • In case of no communication from the client for more than 2 weeks.
  • If delays are caused by client-side late feedback or unresponsiveness.

Note: Once a refund is processed, all rights to use the shared designs, code, concepts, or documentation will remain with SB Genus.

Refund Claim Process

To initiate a refund, clients must:

  • Contact SB Genus via email, phone, or live chat with correct project/order details.
  • Clearly mention the reason for the refund request.
  • Wait for our support team to review and validate the claim.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, SB Genus encourages direct resolution through open communication. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated under applicable laws. Fraudulent claims or chargebacks without prior communication will lead to strict legal action.
