The following Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the SB Genus website and clients availing our IT services. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Acceptance of SB Genus T & C

SB Genus is the licensor of this website and holds all rights related to its content, design, and services. By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to the following restrictions:

  • You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce our website content (text, images, code, videos, or graphics) without prior written approval.
  • Using the SB Genus name or brand for advertising or selling third-party services without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Any misuse of our website or breach of these terms may result in suspension of services or legal action.

Cancellation Policy

SB Genus reserves the right to cancel any order or service in case of violation of these terms. Clients will be informed regarding cancellations and refunds wherever applicable. If suspicious activity is identified, SB Genus may cancel services with or without prior notice.

Personal Information & Sharing Policy

All information shared by clients (text, images, videos, data, etc.) must be owned or licensed by them. Clients must not share illegal, threatening, misleading, or third-party content without permission. SB Genus is not responsible for user-submitted content but reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.

Service Availability & Limitations

SB Genus strives to ensure uninterrupted access to services but does not guarantee continuous availability of the website, tools, or support team. We are not responsible for losses such as profit, contracts, goodwill, or data arising from downtime, technical issues, or third-party failures.

Service Charges

SB Genus provides customized IT solutions at competitive prices. Charges vary based on project scope, technology, and client requirements. Clients are encouraged to request a quotation before engaging our services.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under conditions clearly outlined in our refund policy. A refund request will not be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Once the initial concept or prototype has been approved by the client.
  • If the client provides incomplete or delayed project information.
  • After revisions or modifications have been accepted.
  • If the client assigns the same project to another vendor simultaneously.
  • If there is no communication from the client for more than 2 weeks.
  • In case of delays caused by client’s late feedback or lack of cooperation.

Note: Once a refund is issued, the client loses all rights to use any designs, code, or concepts shared by SB Genus.

Refund Claim Process

To request a refund, clients must contact our support team via email, chat, or phone with accurate order details. Our representatives will review the request and respond with the applicable resolution.

Dispute Resolution

Clients may raise disputes in case of a breach of these terms. SB Genus prefers resolving issues directly with clients through open communication. In cases of fraud or misuse, strict action will be taken against the offending party.

Quality Assurance

SB Genus aims to deliver high-quality software and digital solutions. Clients are requested to raise modification requests within the agreed timeline. Testing and debugging requests made after project approval will not be entertained without additional costs.

Ownership of Deliverables

All project ownership, including source code, designs, and deliverables, will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received. In case of delayed communication or lack of response from the client, SB Genus may consider the project closed without refund.

Copyrights & Revisions

SB Genus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Clients will be informed of significant changes via email when possible. By continuing to use our website or services, you agree to the latest version of our Terms.


Service-Specific Terms

Web Development

  • Clients must provide complete content (text, images, videos) unless content writing is included.
  • Domain and hosting must be purchased by the client unless arranged with SB Genus.
  • SB Genus is not responsible for downtime or third-party hosting issues.
  • Changes requested after project completion may attract additional charges.

App Development

  • Applications are developed for Android/iOS as per the agreed scope.
  • App store approvals depend on respective platform policies and cannot be guaranteed by SB Genus.
  • Third-party APIs or SDKs required for the app will be billed separately to the client.
  • Post-launch maintenance and updates are handled under separate agreements.

Digital Marketing

  • Marketing performance depends on external factors; specific results cannot be guaranteed.
  • Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are paid directly by the client.
  • Content provided by the client must comply with advertising platform policies.
  • Refunds are not applicable once ad campaigns have been launched.

Domain & Hosting

  • Domain registrations and hosting plans are billed annually and are non-refundable.
  • SB Genus takes regular backups, but clients are encouraged to keep their own copies.
  • Renewal reminders are sent, but clients are responsible for timely renewals.
  • Downtime due to third-party providers is not covered under service guarantees.
